Winning Fitness: The “I” in Me

There is an “I” in me if you’ll just look for it.

It’s like one of those pictures that you have to focus on to see the image hidden inside or one of those Where’s Waldo things where you try to find that Waldo character in the midst of his surroundings. In the midst of your surroundings, you’ll need character in order to find the “I” in me, as it is not always easy.

How is there an “I” in me? Well, think about it. If “I” take care of me, all kinds of great things automatically fall into place, and there is no better way to take care of me than a FIT lifestyle. Even the word FIT has an “I” in it, so you gotta be seeing this. When “I” practice fitness, “I” create for me longer life, higher wages, less stress, and better decision-making. “I” also create positive situations for my loved ones around me, which really hits home, doesn’t it? How good can “I” be for those who love me if “I” don’t focus on me?

Listen, it’s not noble to “sacrifice” yourself for others by being unfit, you’re just sacrificing them and you, and it isn’t worth it. So, for the upcoming holidays, I say have a MErry Christmas, and you’ll give your loved ones the best present ever, a healthy me. Got it? Good.
