LIfeFIT Fitness is Getting a New Gym

What if there was a place you could go and do fitness on your terms? A gym full of like-minded people looking to support, encourage and push each other to be their very best self? Does this sounds like the type of place you’d be interested in? Heritage LifeFit Fitness has just the place for you.

At a time when every gym looks the same – full of hardcore gym rats and people focused solely on their individual workouts – Heritage LifeFit Fitness is building a state-of-the-art fitness center unlike anything, you can find in the High Desert.

Where other gyms market themselves simply as places to work out and get in shape. Heritage LifeFit Fitness is building a 6,000-square-foot venue that will serve as the epicenter for a thriving fitness community. It will aim to be  equal parts exercise and family.

“The Heritage LifeFit Fitness gym will be unlike any other fitness facility anywhere,” said George Mangum, the Director of Fitness at Heritage Victor Valley Medical Group. “It will provide a lifestyle change with a vibrant, close-knit community that will help you connect and thrive.”

Stocked with the best fitness equipment available and separated into four distinct FITness areas – Cardio, Express, CrossX, and MuscleFIT – the fitness center will have everything you need to conduct a great workout, including a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes comfort and support for all participants.

Under Mangum’s leadership, the Heritage LifeFit Fitness community has grown by leaps and bounds over the last few years, necessitating the construction of a bigger facility to better serve the entire fitness family and their unique view on exercise.

“The gym actively focuses on group classes, nutrition, and improved overall wellness,” Mangum said. “Instead of simply allowing our members to attend and leave, we work to create an atmosphere of camaraderie and enjoyment that makes going to the gym a fun, interactive experience.”

With research showing countless health benefits from both regular exercise and socializing with others, the new fitness center will provide a space to improve not just your overall physical health, but your mental health as well.

Participants will be able to get the look and feel they aspire to while also becoming part of something bigger than themselves.

Scheduled to open in early 2019, the fitness center will add yet another piece to the Heritage Medical Model, which aims to treat the whole person through social, supportive activities in friendly environments that make people feel right at home, regardless of where they come from.

If you’re looking for a gym that feels less like a group of individuals and more like a family of workout partners, join our thriving fitness community. Discover a healthier, more active and happier you!
