HIT means “High Intensity Training.” The one-hour program is designed for and is successful for all fitness levels, from beginners to very experienced. HIT Fit involves everything from weight training to body weight strength training to “real cardio.”

“Cross X Training” is a program developed by Heritage LifeFit Fitness, a front-runner in fitness innovation. Step into a CrossX session with Miguel, and you’ll understand pretty quickly why they call him ‘The Mangler’. The certified Crossfit trainer welds his own approach to training with classic Crossfit style. His creation will push you to your limits, then push a little further.

Uberfit was started with HIT Fitters who wanted to prepare for Spartan and other competitive fitness races. Unlike HIT Fit and CrossX, we train outdoors with diverse obstacle courses, and focus on athletic endurance and agility in competitive situations.
