Hector has been attending HLF Fitness for more than a year. He runs 5K’s on a regular basis, but ran his first 10K at this year’s Heritage Run at Spring Valley Lake. Hector says, “Since I started this program, I found out how hard you can be pushed. It’s very motivating and really fun.” Hector, who regularly yells encouragement to others, finishes with, “Come on down and give this program a try. You can start with baby steps, and, eventually, you’ll be running 10K’s.” Bam Hector! We’re glad you’re running with us.
