“Captain D,” Doreen Gladney, is married and has 3 kids, aged 21,19, and 12. She works in the Apple Valley USD and enjoys being with friends and family. She is also a huge Angels’ fan, and actually has a Trout Farm hat. Doreen’s part of G-Force is that she is a coordinator for Super Saturdays, especially as it concerns the Operation Hostile Takeover competitions we enter. She works tirelessly to make sure everyone gets registered, gets their shirts, and has all of the details they will need for the events. She is an advocate of the HIT system used at Heritage. Capt. D shares, “The best a part of the program is the free high intensity training. It’s challenging and rewarding. I love being a part of the best fitness family around. The BAMily rocks!” And what are Doreen’s last words? “If you want to change your life, you need to change your priorities.” Thank you, D, for all that you do. Your BAMily loves you as much as you love them. BAM!
