I love bridges for three reasons. The designs are something to marvel at, the strength of these structures is awe inspiring, and bridges take you to your desired destination. Fitness is that beautiful bridge and a healthy, vibrant life is the destination.
Imagine this with me. Exercise is a road to the Bridge of Life, because exercise cannot provide what fitness can. But, it’s a toll bridge, and fitness is the fee. Exercise can only get you so far, but fitness is what will get you to that required (yes, required) destination of “really living.”
As humans, it’s our obligation to be fit for too many reasons to list. The Bridge of Life is not an easy travel, as is the case with anything worth pursuing, but the beauty of a life with less stress, more energy, higher self-confidence, and more years to live is a worthy destination.
Let’s face it, you are a marvelous design. You were created in strength to grow in strength, and you deserve to live in a place full of all the good things life has to offer. By listening to our body and believing you are capable of living a healthy more active lifestyle, you can bridge the gap between you and your goals.
Fitness, as hard and grueling as it can be, is worth every drop of sweat, every tear, every bad word muttered about your trainer, and every pain you encounter, because the Bridge of Life is worth the cost, the time, and the energy to travel it.
Travel well my friend, and live longer and better. Bam!
