HIT means “High-Intensity Training.” The one-hour program is designed for and is successful for all fitness levels, from beginners to very experienced. HIT Fit involves everything from weight training to body weight strength training to “real cardio.”

Mon thru Friday: 8:00 am 

Monday thru Thursday: 4:30pm/5:30p /6:30pm

Friday: 4:30pm/5:30pm

Someone in the fitness world would be familiar with high-intensity training. Meanwhile, someone might associate this with new years resolutions or squats. Even with all of that, you know its tough. Those who stay dedicated will see results even after the first session.

High-Intensity Interval training is something more than all of what we have described. Its described as short bursts of high cardio with long periods of cool down sessions. A HIIT workout provides real results. These workouts allow for people involved in gaining athletic skills, to improve those who may not have athletic ability.

Hit Fit welcomes you to come and try out our next class. Learn from those around you how Hit Fit can be a life changer. We have individuals who come into Hit Fit with very little skills and leave with more knowledge of what their aerobic limits are. Their muscles might be sore, but this is a positive thing – not sore from walking they are sore because you just pushed yourself to the limit.  Above all, you have the chance to meet new people and grow in our ever-growing fitness community here in our Hit Fit class at Heritage Victor Valley Medical Group.
