An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 28, 2018
HIT means “High Intensity Training.” This 30-minute version of the program is designed for and is successful for all fitness levels, from beginners to very experienced. HIT Fit involves everything from weight training to body weight strength training to “real cardio.”
