“Cross X Training” is a program developed from HVVMG’s Heritage Life Fit-Fitness Dept., a front-runner in fitness innovation. “Cross X” is similar to the Cross-Fit phenomenon sweeping America. However, there are some big differences. Cross X places an emphasis on safety while too many other programs do not.
